I can not find AllSpyMonitor.exe, where is it?
During installation, there no file is placed on the desktop or the Start Menu. You should find the .exe file in the directory which you set when you installing the software at the beginning. By default, the file is located at: C:\Program Files\Allsm.
How to view keystroke logs and screen snapshot files?
Open the Explorer, find the directory of "screenshot storage location" and "keystroke storage location" as you set before, then you will find there are log files named by current date or time.How to Uninstall?
At first, you should stop monitoring, and then execute the file "unins000.exe" in the software setup directory. By default, the file is located at: C:\Program Files\Allsm.
